After graduating from CMP Homeopathic Medical College in Mumbai, she secured
the impressive distinction of standing fifth in the State of Maharashtra before
completing her M.D. in Homoeopathy from Foster's Homeopathic Medical College,
Aurangabad. Those academic accomplishments were not endpoints but stepping
stones towards a career devoted to meaningful public service.
Perhaps nowhere is Dr. Bhide's
philosophy more visible than on Sundays. While many regard weekends as an
opportunity to rest, she chooses to spend them serving those who may otherwise
remain outside the healthcare system. At the Ma Sheela Clinic in Kurla, she
personally examines and treats between sixty and seventy patients free of cost.
This charitable outpatient service has continued with remarkable consistency,
becoming an invaluable source of medical support for economically weaker
sections of society.
Her charitable outreach extends
far beyond a single clinic. She conducts dedicated OPD services for the staff
of the iconic Shree Siddhivinayak Temple in Prabhadevi and regularly organises
free medical camps across Mumbai and neighbouring regions. Her humanitarian
work reaches shelter homes, orphanages, institutions caring for street
children, homes for destitute women, centres for specially abled children and
even facilities that provide care to the terminally ill. In every such
institution, she carries not only medicines but also reassurance, respect and

Among her literary works, Unlocking
the Boger Synoptic Key Part 1 occupies a special place. The book received
the prestigious Golden Book Award in 2025, bringing national recognition to her
efforts in simplifying and strengthening homoeopathic learning. The publication
of its second volume further consolidated her reputation as a serious academic
and researcher who contributes not only through clinical practice but also
through scholarly writing.
Teaching has become an equally significant pillar of her professional identity.

Pawar Homoeopathic Medical College as an Assistant Professor, Dr. Bhide
actively mentors the next generation of homoeopathic practitioners. Her
webinars, seminars and educational programmes have become valuable platforms where
young doctors learn not merely the science of homoeopathy but also the ethics,
patience and sensitivity that define responsible medical practice.
Her educational mission has naturally expanded into the digital world.
Believing that informed citizens
make healthier communities, she has produced more than seventy educational
videos explaining a wide range of medical conditions in language that ordinary
